This should be an attainable goal for almost anyone and it should not be that hard to see results pretty quickly at worse a few weeks and at best less than 2-3 weeks. So how do you get started? When most people start thinking about diet's they visualise food they would not ever choose to eat and imagine exercises that involve pain and suffering.But it doesn't have to be like that.

If it is to far to ride a bike to work consider it for doing errands such as going to the store when not working.
